The Partnership’s Leadership Alumni Community provides our program graduates with an environment of continuous growth 和 learning. 这个超过10人的网络,000 members is composed of change-agents who pursue excellence in 政府ernment through ongoing learning 和 knowledge sharing.

The 领导力校友会 is made up of volunteers from the various alumni groups 和 meets via conference call to share information.
The board 和 the Partnership work together to develop a variety of activities, 包括社交活动, 社交活动和不断学习的机会. The board is also responsible for collecting nominations 和 selecting recipients of the Leadership Alumni Awards, which are given to alumni who achieve exceptional results for their agencies.

The Partnership welcomes any interested alumni to represent their agency by serving as an Agency Point of 联系, 或POC. Agency POCs keep alumni in their particular agency connected with 和 informed of opportunities for networking 和 continuous learning. They also serve as the liaison between their agency 和 the Partnership while helping to shape the Partnership’s alumni strategy 和 engagement offerings.

队列大使
The Partnership welcomes one to two representatives from each graduating group to serve as 队列大使. The Ambassador plays an important role in keeping the members of their cohort engaged within their group 和 among the broader alumni community.
Ambassadors will spend approximately three hours each month on Cohort Ambassador duties. 职责包括:
- Sending emails to your cohort which include event announcements 和 other alumni news

- Participating in strategy meetings with Partnership staff 和 领导力校友会 on how to increase alumni engagement 和 participation
- Fielding suggestions from your cohort about future Leadership Alumni professional development 和/or social events

- Serving as a point of contact 和 a key resource for promoting the annual Senior Fellows Award program within your cohort.
